Meet Your Coach
I’m Becky Crawley—podcaster, marketer, and coach. My journey into podcasting started when I was working in Christian publishing. After taking that $3,000 course that missed the mark, I figured out my own way to launch successful podcasts without getting caught up in unnecessary details.
With over 7 years of experience in one-on-one coaching professionals and influencers to launch their podcasts, I’ve helped dozens of clients get their shows on the air. My background in marketing helps me see podcasting through a different lens—one that focuses on audience connection and sustainable growth, not just tech jargon. I’m also the co-host of the Orderly Podcast, where my friend Steph and I bring humor, faith, and everyday life to the mic.
I know what it’s like to juggle family, career, and other priorities. That’s why I designed this course to fit real life. Whether you can dedicate time to launch in 30 days or need to take it slower, this course will work for you.

Let Your Light Shine: A Call to Be the Light in a Dark World
“You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long should my podcast be?
A great podcast is as long as the content is good. There are three-hour podcasts (mostly narrated novels) and 10-minute podcasts with high reviews and downloads. In this course we’ll help you discover what they best time is for your unique show.
I already know the name of my podcast
100% of my coaching clients knew the name of their podcast when they entered my coaching program, but 90% changed their minds and named it something else after session one. Factors like competitive analysis, understanding your benefits, and defining your why will help you choose the right name for your podcast.
The technology scares me
I run a marketing agency, and my podcast coaching clients differ from my agency clients. Most had been out of the working world and found their iPhones challenging. Part of building the confidence to go and do greater things was built in the process of learning technology and realizing they could move from “I can’t” to “I can.” That said, I included the process for how to hire an affordable editor, and most of them took me up on that option. If you have already been on the internet and searched “how to start a podcast,” you have already gotten technology overload with information on recording equipment you don’t need. I promise you’ll feel right at home here, knowing we’ll keep the tech light and affordable.
